The Homewood Invitational will be back at our home stadium instead of at Samford.  Our track has been completely renovated with a Beynon surface and a great new field event layout, including a brand new javelin runway and shot put area with two rings.  We are going to keep a true invitational format and limit the number of teams in order to have a better experience for athletes, officials, and spectators.  We have have reached our capacity of 25 full teams this year, but we will also open up the meet to individuals and relay teams who meet certain qualifying marks.  Those standards are below.  Please email Tom Esslinger at tesslinger@homewood.k12.al.us if you are interested in getting individuals who meet those standards into our meet.
